These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the kji9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this website ("you", "member"). Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

- You must not have a previously banned or suspended account at kji9.
- You must not be directly or indirectly affiliated with kji9 or any of its partner organisations.
2.2 Registration Process
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds on deposit. Only one account may be opened per person.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. Allowing any other person access to your account is not permitted. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus balances or benefits will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions at kji9 are currently supported through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Maximum withdrawal limits depend on the account's VIP level and verification status.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the withdrawal will be held.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If a deposit is subsequently identified as a chargeback, fraudulent, or unauthorised, the relevant amount will be deducted from the account and the account will be subject to investigation. kji9 will not be liable for losses of this nature.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at kji9, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; on a deposit of ৳12,000 the bonus will be capped at ৳8,000 for a total of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted before wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after the bonus is credited; once the period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Each promotion may have its own specific conditions, which will be stated on the promotion page.
- kji9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus system abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategic misuse is found, kji9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the associated account.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered final and valid only when a confirmation message has been sent by the system. If a bet remains unconfirmed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
6.2 Sports Betting
kji9's decision is final regarding odds, markets, and results for sporting events. kji9 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the event of event cancellation, venue changes, or other unusual circumstances. Information about specific players, teams, or outcomes does not form part of these Terms.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and are free from any external influence. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds without prior warning:
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to hack or carry out cyberattacks against the platform or its users.
- Making deposits using a third party's credit card or payment method.
- Operating an account under a concealed or false identity.
- Engaging in harassing, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward other members.

Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure by kji9
kji9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- In connection with a legal investigation or regulatory directive.
- After a prolonged period of inactivity (such as 12 months or more).
11.2 Closure by Member
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If any active wagering requirements remain unfulfilled at the time of closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, any unplayed portion of your original deposit will be returned.
Changes to Terms & Contact
kji9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means you have accepted the new Terms.
